On February 4-5, the UCORD project team held a seminar on the implementation of the grant agreement for the grantee – the Regional Development Agency of the Volyn region.
We will remind that on December 11, 2024, the Regional Development Agency of the Volyn Region signed a grant agreement with the UCORD project, which initiated a new stage of its institutional development. The contractual partnership with UCORD will give opportunity for the agency to receive support for its institutional growth and transformation into a confident and capable institution that will become a driver of development in its region.
The main purpose of the seminar was to discuss with the agency’s team the practical steps for project management within the framework of the grant agreement. Presentations and discussions of the workshop related to the main procedural aspects: financial management, procurement procedures, acceptability of costs, achievement of results, etc. Aspects of project management were also covered, including the internal monitoring system, measurement of indicators, establishment of a link between activities and costs, etc.
We wish Volyn Regional Development Agency successful implementation of projects within the framework of the grant agreement and confident growth as a capable and strong institution!
