UCORD Project is excited to announce the Renaissance Clusters Grant Programme that aims to support cultural and creative initiatives that stimulate regional development. We invite partnerships from UCORD pilot regions: – Khmelnytskyi, Odesa, Sumy, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, and Volyn to submit proposals for impactful projects.
Who can apply
To apply for this opportunity, your partnership must be led by a Civil Society Organisation, registered in any region of Ukraine, but with experience in implementing projects in a region that will benefit from the project. The partnership must also include at least three other partners:
- One Local Self-Government Body from the eligible regions
- Two additional partners (from the pilot region or adjacent regions).
Each partnership must represent at least three different territorial communities and show clear benefits for all involved.
What types of projects will be supported
Projects will focus on areas within the culture and creative industries. Each application should demonstrate how it will support local economic development, strengthen community expertise and promote social cohesion.
How much funding will be available
A total grant fund of 1.5 million Swiss francs, is available to partnership projects from the pilot regions. Grants will be awarded competitively, with individual projects eligible to receive between 80,000 and 250,000 Swiss francs, depending on the size and potential impact of the proposal.

Submit your concept application in both Ukrainian and English to ucord@niras.se by 23:59 Kyiv time on December 22, 2024. Successful applicants will be invited to submit a full application, including a detailed activity plan and budget.
